CLARE STREET, SHA (Retired)

Now retired, Clare Street is a prolific heraldic artist, working primarily in the engraving aspects of the art.

As a freelance engraver who used most forms of hand engraving in her work, including:

• Seal and line engraving of gold and platinum signet rings and cufflinks
• Seal engraved desk seals
• Line engraved bookplates and silver plaques
• Carving in positive relief gold tie studs, brooches and master patterns
• Die sinking medal and other dies
• Classical grain setting precious stones in jewellery of her own design
  In addition, Clare specialised in designing and cutting personal and corporate seals and medal dies

Clare studied at the St John Cass School of Art, and has won numerous awards and commendations
