FERGUS WESSEL

Fergus is an incredibly experienced designer letter carver. He set up Stoneletters Studio in Oxford-shire nearly twenty years ago and has trained several apprentices.

He heads a purposely small team of highly skilled stone carvers specialising in the making of fine headstones and relief carving, having an established international reputation for reliability and fine quality of workmanship.

His company was chosen as one of three finalists in the Heritage Crafts Association Maker of the Year Award 2022.
